Universal filler is the first product for filling scratches, treating dents, and chips. It consists of a pigment with a filler that is mixed with a substance that promotes strength, helping the resin to dry faster. It is applied before the priming stage.
Good strength combined with plasticity ensures easy application and achieving the desired final characteristics. It is convenient to use a finer grit sandpaper, P120, for sanding compared to the standard P80, after which visible traces remain. For final sanding, use abrasives P180-P240.
Auto filler is designed for metal, wood, concrete, and certain types of plastic. 2-3% hardener should be added to the base product, and everything should be thoroughly mixed to achieve the correct consistency and color uniformity. Within 5 minutes, 3 or more layers of the product should be applied. It is convenient in that it does not spread. During the setting period, direct sunlight should be avoided. After drying, a smooth, hard surface is formed, the pores of which are invisible, and there is no shrinkage.
For those intending to buy universal filler for cars, it is recommended to store it in a cool place, away from radiators and natural sources of heat, so that the air temperature does not exceed +20˚C. It is prohibited to apply this product on Wash Prime cleaning primers.
